Our experienced and stable team is one of our greatest strengths. Many of our Educators have been part of Sunrise Kids for 5, 10 and even more than 15 years, something we’re incredibly proud of. This longevity reflects the supportive culture we have built and the genuine passion our team brings each day.

Our leadership team also plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards we are known for. Guided by our experienced Nominated Supervisor, Assistant Service Manager and Educational Leader, our Educators are supported through ongoing mentoring, professional guidance and reflective practice. This collaborative leadership approach promotes consistency, accountability and continuous improvement, while strengthening outcomes for children and providing confidence and reassurance for families.
